"FIX THE GLITCH" (DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS)

If your order arrived with a "glitch"—meaning it’s damaged, defective, or something is missing—don't sweat it.

  • Contact our crew within 3 business days of delivery, and we will prioritize getting it fixed for you.

HOW TO START YOUR RETURN

We’ve streamlined the process. Here’s what you need to do:

2. Once Approved - Pack it up and ship it back to our ATTN: RETURNS DEPARTMENT (shipping is at the customer's expense).

 

3. Allow 5-7 business days for us to process your credit once received.

 

4. Check your inbox (and your spam folder!) for your Store Credit code.

Credit Life: Your Store Credit and Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issuance.

Welcome to the Chaos. We want you to love your gear. If your latest haul isn’t hitting the right vibe, we’re here to help you swap it for something that does. We operate on a system of store credit exchanges—all approved returns will result in Store Credit, issued via email.

1. Store Credit Only: No cash refunds or direct exchanges.

 

2. 30-Day Window: Returns must reach our Elgin HQ within 30 days.

 

3. Keep it Fresh: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

ORDER EDITS & LOGISTICS

The Point of No Return: Once an order is placed, it’s locked into the system. We cannot cancel or change orders once they are processed.

 

Forgot Something? If you realize you missed an item, contact us within 24 hours. Provide both order numbers, and we’ll do our absolute best to waive the second shipping fee. (TRY is the keyword—we can't guarantee it, but we'll try.)

 

Price Adjustments: Due to high demand and limited drops, we do not offer price adjustments.
