• Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

• Production Time: All products are custom-made and require 3-7 business days for production. Shipping times depend on your location.

• Delays: Chaos Kitten Emporium is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances

• Store Credit Only: Returns are processed for store credit only, issued via email.

• Return Window: Returns must be received within 30 days in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging (if possible).

• Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.

• Final Sale Items: Items discounted by 20% or more, BOGO promotions, personalized or custom-made items, and gift cards are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

• Damaged/Defective Items: Contact customer service within 3 business days of receiving damaged or defective items.

• We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

• All transactions are processed securely. Payment details are not stored by Chaos Kitten Emporium.

• Custom orders are welcome! They involve a collaborative process between the customer and our team.

• Once finalized and approved, custom orders are non-refundable.

• Store credit and gift cards expire 5 years from the date issued.

• Purchases exceeding the value of the gift card require an additional payment method at checkout.

• Using a gift card constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

• Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed.

• Additional items cannot be added to an order once it’s processed. If it’s within 24 hours of your previous order, contact customer service with both order numbers, and we’ll try to waive the shipping fee.

• Due to limited quantities and high demand, price adjustments are not available. No exceptions.

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that:

• Compromise the security or integrity of the website.

• Violate intellectual property laws or these Terms & Conditions.

• Involve fraudulent or unlawful behavior.
